Oh, the ‘call’ of God is on me

have I ‘listened’ to His cry?

Will I do what He has taught me

or will I let all those souls die?

Spirit of God help me be ‘willing’

to do all You’ve called me to,

So that others will come to Jesus

& enjoy a life ‘brand new’!

Souls are dying in destruction

despair & grief are everywhere,

Lack of knowledge & instruction

& God’s children ~ not giving a care.

Oh, ‘I’m safe’ is all we care about

just let others find their way,

Disobedient children to our Father

leading others, yet going astray!

Never saying, "Not my will, Lord

but Thine must all be done!",

Causing others trouble & heartache

or turning their back on God’s own Son!

STOP & LOOK at your direction

where is your life taking you?

Submit all to His Protection

then ‘go & do’ ~ what He’s ‘called’ you to!

Spirit of God fall ‘fresh’ upon us

help us lead others to the Cross,

Leading souls unto The Master

while losing all our ‘dross’.

SCRIPTURES FOR BOOKLET (received 2/10/97)

LUKE 4:18 {Amplified} ~ The Spirit of the Lord has anointed me to (write) the "Good News’ to… those who are downtrodden, bruised, crushed & broken down by calamity.

PSALM 146:6b-8 {Living Bible} ~ He is The GOD Who KEEPS every PROMISE, & gives justice to the poor & oppressed, & food to the hungry. He FREES the prisoners, & opens the eyes of the blind; He lifts the BURDENS from those bent down beneath their loads. FOR THE LORD LOVES GOOD MEN.

ROMANS 3:25-27 {LIVING BIBLE} ~ And now in these days also He can receive sinners in this same way (using CHRIST’S BLOOD & our FAITH [vs.25] ); because JESUS ‘took away’ our sins. But, isn’t this UNFAIR for God to let ‘criminals’ go free & say that they are INNOCENT? NO!, for He does it on the basis of their ‘TRUST’ in JESUS, Who took away their sins (vs.27). Then WHAT CAN WE BOAST ABOUT DOING TO EARN OUR SALVATION? NOTHING AT ALL! WHY? Because our acquittal is NOT based on ‘our good deeds’; it is based on what "CHRIST HAS DONE" & our FAITH in Him!

May GOD BLESS you today

May His Face shine from Above

In Mercy & Tender Love.

May you reach out & touch Him

& draw from the Living Well,

That your soul will be overflowing

& Christ’s Aroma ~ people will smell!*

I’ve run away into the desert to stay

But, God won’t leave me there, you see

For someone who knows me is on their knee

Interceding on my behalf ~

So God will rid me of that chaff .

In the fire I must go*

to bring it to the top,

But, there I am ~

screaming, Oh Lord, STOP!*

Instead of ‘letting’ Him cleanse my dross
