My Mother had a snapshot of this shanty back in the late 1940s & the developed picture showed this SHADOW (of an angel or JESUS?) on it. No-one could explain how it got there! ONLY THE LORD KNOWS!!! I decided to use it on my Poem Book Covers. The negative to this is awesome! Thanks, Pat

I want to Thank Everyone for your Prayers for me during my ‘Trials & Tests’ these last couple of years & through my 2 major surgeries this past year! God Bless you! I encourage you to please read the Scriptures as you read these Poems ~ to Hear God Talking to you!

As you read Philippians 3 (& I encourage you to do so) please note that Paul did not count anything that he DID or WAS a reason for his being Saved or on his way to Heaven. He asked to reveal the Truth to those who were not of the same mind (vs.15) about CHRIST, & to be careful of those who weren’t walking CHRIST-LIKE lives (vss.17-19) ~ even weeping over that fact that he had to admit some were not that he had spoken about before.

THE ‘REASON’!)

On the next two (2) pages ~ you will find the ‘REASON’ my Precious Lord has given me these Poems to write: He gave me these last 2 Poems 8 / 7 & 11 / 2002. In the 1ST one, Our ‘Lives’! ~ you will see the ‘REASON’ God ‘created’ us & I trust you will either KNOW or WAKE UP to this ‘FACT’ that God WANTS you to LOVE Him ~ completely & entirely ~ WITHOUT having to receive ‘gifts’ to do so.

The 2ND Poem, A ‘Day’ To Remember!, was given so that we could realize that our Lives are but a ‘breath’ ~ here today, gone tomorrow ~ & we must CHOOSE where we WANT to spend ETERNITY! If we Love CHRIST, we will choose Him & Heaven ~ but, if we DON’T LOVE or CHOOSE Him, ~ we have already chosen the devil & HELL! Please remember ~ IT IS YOUR CHOICE! We are only here to help you to see CHRIST’S GREAT LOVE FOR YOU, so you can make the RIGHT choice! CHOOSE ‘LIFE’ (see Deut.30:19)!

Our ‘Lives’ are but a shell *

fragile as can be,

Yet we must Rejoice

for God ‘created’ you & me! *

He created us for ‘LOVE’

‘Souls’ that would never die,

People who could make CHOICES

to DWELL with Him on High.

Unlike all the Angels

we’re different ~ don’t you see,

Yes, you can learn to Rejoice *

for God ‘created’ thee!

I’ve made my CHOICE to ‘Love’ Him

My Prayer is that you WILL too

This is a ‘Day’ to remember *

when two (2) went HOME ~

To be with JESUS

ever by His Throne!

‘Resting’ in His Precious Arms

in ‘Paradise’, of course, *

Yes, we’re sad that they are gone

but have no regrets ~ or remorse!

One ‘Day’ we will see them

& ‘Rest’ at Jesus’ Side,

Yes, The ONE Who made it POSSIBLE

for all of us ~ to abide!

When He DIED & ROSE again *

LOVING us ALL so great, *

Giving us a CHOICE to choose

~ HIM ~ for goodness sake!

we can DO to get to Heaven,

For His Body bore those scars *

What we DO ~ just only ‘SHOWS’ Him

how much we love Him ‘back’,

I’m so glad He FORGAVE my sins

All we ‘really’ need to DO

is ‘Truly’ to REPENT, *

As JESUS paid that awful price

when on the Cross HE went!

I Corinthians 12:3 (Amp.) ~ Therefore, I (Paul) want you to understand that no one speaking under the power & influence of The (Holy) Spirit of God [ever] can say, Jesus be cursed! And no one can [really] say, Jesus is [my] Lord, except by & under the power & influence of The Holy Spirit.

Do you want to ENJOY your Life? ~ Then follow these Scriptures:

Romans 12:11 (Amp.) ~ "Never lag in zeal & in earnest endeavor; be AGLOW      & burning with The Holy Spirit, serving * The Lord."

or even know it until you do!

Is this longing in your heart

for the Souls of men,

To bring them ALL to Christ

The ‘One’ we recommend?

The One Who died for ALL

His ‘Glory’ on that Cross,

So that He could rid from us

all that ugly ‘dross’.

Helping us to live

a life of ‘overcoming’,

So to Heaven we could go

when that Trumpet does its ‘summing’.

Highly recommended ~

The One Who ‘rose up’ from that Grave,

Bringing with Him ~ the ‘Keys’ to death & hell

so that our ‘Soul’ ~ He could SAVE!
