Surrender fear, anxiety and guilt- lay it down at the feet of Jesus      - James 4:7 says ‘Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Come near to God and he will come near to you      3. SLOW down and STOP believing the world’s lie that you should be doing more       - -“Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.
