Which brings me to gratitude journaling! There are SO many benefits to being intentional with gratitude!! But be organized! Be intentional with how you spend your time and energy. We like to do it all on our own. We like to be in control and feel accomplished or like we are super woman and can do al lthe things right? But there is a reason there is a saying that says ‘it takes a village’ cause we aren’t supposed to be doing it on our own. WE are built for community! The culture we are in is all about boss babe, girl boss, lady boss- being empowered to do everything- and getting it  everything done! This is awesome cause we DO want to be free to know we can live a life outside of motherhood but the danger is that we start to believe that we HAVE to do it all on our own otherwise we are failures…and that just isn’t true. It takes a village friends…and the reason it does is so that we can learn to lean on others(and God) and let them lean on us. It’s two sided…you get blessed and get to bless others! Woot!Joy comes from God.
