About this ebook
WHISPERED TO VOL I
This is a sample of a massive amount of work God has poured into me these past ten years. This work is some of the very first poems written through hearing that ever so slight whisper of God.
Gary Vochatzer:
I am about as average as you can get. At age twenty-six I became a born-again Christian at a Billy Graham movie. I was an all out Bible thumper and active church member until age forty. I took a ten-year hiatus! At God's whisper I came back into the family but put the thumping down! active church membership cooled within me and God began ever so slowly my writing poetry that to this day I have no idea where it came from except God! Then stories. It got to a point I had a storehouse full of this work and nowhere to put it. I took a year off (1999-2000), then in 2001 felt God call to say "put it in a book." Now here I am thirty-five years after being born again and still attempting to find out my purpose in belonging to the human race. Maybe this book and many more to come will finally tell me.
I have been blessed since 1990 with the whisper of God at all hours of any day - be it from the time early in the wee hours - the afternoon during a workday - driving along a roadway and having to pull over - God has chosen the time to write, I hear and stop whatever it is I am doing and write - God chooses the topic - I do the penmanship - I never know when He will whisper, I am simply a tool for Him to use for His purpose!
There is a long story that goes with this, but perhaps in a later book I can go into this fabulous, wonderful, exciting experience with the Creator of all there is- was - and will be. Read what God says for there is a massive dining room set with volumes of this material ready to be served at each sitting - so come and enjoy the banquet served by God and his servant!
Enjoy what God has given so readily. Free for all of us!

Whispered To! - Gary Vochatzer
IF
If reincarnationists are right and we return to this earthly planet, I wonder if I have a choice of what I want to be
And if so, I am not sure I want to again be me!
If I am reincarnated to again be me, would
I look the same as I do now
Or would I grown more and have a higher brow?
If I came back would I be as tall or shorter – white or black
yellow or red – male or female-skinny or fat
Would my name be the same or would it be
John-Mary-Linda-Daisy or Jack
How would I know that I am back, is there a sign by which you can tell Or perhaps the way I smell
How do I know I came back in human form- some say-I could come back to a dog
a cat-a fish-a hamster-a deer-a bull-a cow-or things like that
And would I know me if I was beautiful-ugly-skinny or fat
These reincarnationist say that everyone is reincarnated whether they like it or not
Others like to believe when they are dead, they are put in the ground and the body just rots!
I am not sure I like this idea of me coming back and I am sure many will agree
Unless they knew they would come back as just an old fig tree!
Well enough of this reincarnation stuff – I don’t believe in it any way
So I think I will leave my old body up to God, it’s with Him I
want to stay!
REMIND ME LORD
Lord as I awake in the morning and see that the sun has risen once again-today it
reminds me that You are always there
And when the day is through and I watch the sun go down-I
know I have made it
through only because of prayer!
Lord today as I walk through it, teach me to live in a manner worthy of your call
And whatever it takes, don’t let Satan grab a hold of me and let me fall
Lord remind me always that You have an angel right next to my side
They are there to protect me and to see that I don’t fall into
Satan’s hands and slide
Lord remind me each day that I am to love my neighbor as myself, which is a
commandment from You
And please keep Satan far away so I don’t wind up doing what he
wants me to do!
And Lord remind me that I am to love You with all my mind, heart, and soul-which
is your first commandment to all those who follow You And please stay with me every moment of everyday and my prayers will be strictly
between us two!
Please Lord, today teach me not to envy, not to be jealous, not to grow mad, to hold
my tongue, to have pure thoughts and just to be what You called me to be
And please open my eyes that I may see all the wonder of this world that You made
just for me
Lord I am amazed at my life and all the blessings You have heaped upon me
I think about those blessings-my heart absolutely jumps in thankful glee
I praise You even for those tough times when I thought for sure I
would not have
made it through
But sure enough, You were right there by my side, watching me
day by day and kept
Reminding me of only You!
LIFE
What is life-A question that all humans ask as they roam this planet called Earth
So let’s start this out and let’s start from the human birth
No human being ever knew from where he/she came from-a sperm, a cell-join
together to form a life
Unlike man, the women spend nine months in strife!
Now tell me, how did this all start-I am still at a loss
Could it be such a miracle that some could say it came from God
so He must be the
Boss!
Is it a mystery to you as it is to me
How cells in a body can meet up and make other humans, one-
twins-or even
three!
I am at a loss to how they stay alive in that little tiny place
And when it’s twins, it’s face to face!
How do they grow-how do they eat-how do they think-how do they go potty
and all that stuff
Sounds to me like a place that’s definitely rough!
When they get an itch, how do they scratch-when they have to sneeze do they just
do it- how does their hair grow without tickling Mom
Or does mom not even notice it and walks along through life just
humming a song.
I am at a loss to how this whole thing got started-please, at my age, you would
think I would know
But I swear to you I am in still in amazement that only God is
the Master of this
show!
Oh, those nine months must really be tough-but we will never know how tough it
must be
Because kids who come out of mom can’t talk or even see!
Isn’t it strange to spend nine months growing from a cell to weighing 6-7-10-12
pounds of human being
And not being able to remember a single scene!
I wonder as
