Your Choices can have a Dramatic Effect on your Life
As we progress through life, we make decisions all the time. Most of these will be minor decisions that we make without giving them much thought, but some of them will have a significant impact on the course of our lives. These decisions can sometimes have a positive impact on our lives. Sometimes it's a bad one.
These small decisions that we make regularly can quickly form habits. We are creatures of routine and before you know it a new habit can form that takes us down the wrong road. Over the years you will have formed many habits both good and bad.

They're putting on weight.
MANY PEOPLE HAVE THE unfortunate habit of procrastinating. They put things off and then either hurry to do them at the last minute or never finish them at all. People's procrastination habits become stronger the more they do it.
Some bad habits are worse than others. What might seem a harmless habit initially can escalate into negative behavior such as constantly lying and leading a life of deceit. People can become so embroiled in these habits that they cannot see how this is harming their lives and preventing them from getting what they want.
