I wish I could be more positive

Q I know we’ve been living through some pretty difficult times and that we’re all preoccupied with it, but I constantly wonder how much this helps us. Of course, knowing the rules and keeping to them matters, but wouldn’t we be better off focusing on some of life’s positive elements? How do I get back to ‘normal’ in my head?
