Join me as I explore the 10 big ideas and insights that have had the biggest impact on my journey to learn to walk again, start a successful business and lead a happier, healthier life.

This book will provide you with a blueprint to create days that are optimal for you, and contains both a range of ideas to reflect on, and exercises to complete. By the end of this book, you will know exactly what you need in your day to move towards the future you desire.

    Introduction

In the modern, dynamic, fast-paced world we live in, what can we realistically achieve in a day? More often than not, our day is over before we even realise it. We are so busy looking ahead that we don’t focus on the task in front of us. Our minds race onto the big vision we have, the next thing on the to-do list, the decisions we have to make. With all these responsibilities and big important things to juggle, the days just seem to pass in the blink of an eye.

Not long ago, I lived like that too. I was running a video game business, studying and forging a career in elite sports. My day was so packed that days and weeks, and months passed in a flash. Instead of focusing on the present, I was so tied in in performance and progress and what was the next big thing. I had no time to reflect on the important things in life. My passion for creating masterpiece days stems from my own adversity. 2014 was the year that changed my life. At the time it seemed like the worst year of my life, but now I look at it as the year that forged me into the person I am now. It was a difficult year; my immune system attacked my body and I was left unable to walk. All this happened while my wife was pregnant, and I was unsure how
