Breathing
Here we are, as trapped in a world that spins at its fullest speed, forcing us to live in the haste and urgency. It becomes harder and harder to have a break and simply breathe. Caught in a too fast pace of life, which makes us cross existence on a superficial level, with a short breath.
Are we running out of air?
Breathing, this movement of air which passes through us, is out of our conscience most of the time. Yet it deserves that we paid the utmost attention to it. We breathe usually in a superficial way, as if it doesn't matter, in an insensitive manner.
