यह कहानी एक भूटिया बंगले के बारे में है। जिसमें कमला नाम की एक आत्मा रहती है। जो लोगों को मार डालती है।
एक शहर में कमला भवन के नाम से एक घर था। सब लोग उस घर को भूतिया बताते थे। वह घर 10 साल से बंद था उस घर में कोई भी व्यक्ति आता जाता नहीं था।
सब लोग वहां जाने से डरते थे उस घर पर लोग घर के मालकिन कमला जिसके नाम पर यह घर था उसी का भूत बताते थे। कमला मर के भी इस घर को नहीं छोड़ पाई और भूत बनकर यहीं रहने लगी जो भी उस घर में जाता है उसे वह मार देती ।
विक्रम नाम का लड़का जो गांव से शहर में आया। उसने काफी जगह नौकरी की अर्जी दी पर उसे कहीं काम नहीं मिला।
फिर एक दिन की बात है एक व्यक्ति ने उसे अपनी कंपनी में बुलाया ।उस व्यक्ति का नाम जयसिंह था। जयसिंह उसी कमला का पति था जो कमला भवन की मालकिन थी जो अब भूत बन गई ।
जयसिंह ने विक्रम से उसके गांव का नाम पूछा।
विक्रम ने अपने गांव का नाम बालगढ़ बताया ।
जय सिंह ने कहा मैं तुम्हें एक नौकरी दूंगा उसे तुम्हें पूरी जिम्मेदारी के साथ निभानी होगी ।
विक्रम बोला ठीक है सर पर नौकरी क्या है।
जय सिंह बोला मैं तुम्हें एक घर की जिम्मेदारी दे रहा हूं उस घर में तुम्हें रहना है और उस घर को बेचने का इंतजाम करना है खाने पीने का खर्चा मैं दूंगा और महीने पर ₹10000 रूपये दूगां क्या तुम तैयार हो ।
