Preface
Every great collaboration starts with a conversation. As two minds who share a synergy came together our concept of a new era of Leadership, SEE-19© Leadership, and the idea of co-writing this book, began. Our book proposes new ways to measure and master successful leadership traits, thus creating a new, resilient generation of leaders.
Individually as Leadership Coaches across continents, we have created, experienced and successfully delivered effective leadership programs to enable confident, resilient and competent leaders.
Our shared story started in August 2019 when we met at a Wellness Summit in Singapore. Gail, the curious networker introduced herself to Kavita, the cautious conversationalist and an explosive connection was ignited. From multiple conversations on Zoom and WhatsApp, our first foray was to design a leadership program for corporate, to embrace emerging and agile leadership styles. We knew we were on to something great, from the positive responses that filled our in-boxes. 2020 saw the impact of the global pandemic and we have used this time to kick-start our thinking and ‘re-vision’ our leadership program to take it to the next level.
Through our coaching we noticed that the
