Among the ashes

In the ashes I remain…

Left behind from the fire and flames, distorted to the point of unrecognition!

Acknowledging that to the fire, I was ignition.

Oxygen made the situation worse, Our problems became airborne and made the flames worse!

I tried to throw water on it, but it was too late…

I fueled the fire until I realize what was at stake.

My anxiety grew as so did the flames, Instead of being the solution I was placing the blame.

Up in smoke there we blew,

I couldn't escape because I was too busy blaming you.

We were cancerous to one another that is the truth!

Engulfed in flames we burned the proof.

The fire began in one part of the house, it got so outrageous we couldn't put it out!

Lack of communication kept us inflamed, Engulfed in our own gas we burst into flames!

Tried everything that we could do, It didn't just get me, it also consumed you too.

Negligent to the idea that we could be burned And lose all the things we worked so hard to earn.

We knew the risk yet not our worth, Neglecting the joy yet embracing the hurt.

So, as you search among the debris...look real y closely, you will see me.

His trust issue, unaffectionate way, his games...

I caused those burns from my own flames.

Leadership and those chosen There are very few showing while way more are being shown.

Most are taught to lead, it is not something they naturally own.

But there are some special people that God deemed favorable and worthy enough to be followed...

Those that have been CHOSEN!

Blessed are they that walk in the valley of hatred and negativity,

Cross the bridge of broken dreams, And the trail of tears as they embark on their journey to the mountain of magnitude.

Their accomplishments include ushering lost beings into actuality instead of potential.

Saving lives merely by changing their mental.

Seems simple... but on the contrary, it’s very difficult!

Your energy must be radiant enough to spark excitement into those around you,

That energy is what will transfer and enable you to enhance and involve those around you.

Once your reputation is a reflection of what people desire to embody... they wil follow.

And because it’s their desire they wil follow the chosen and in time the chains wil be broken!

The power lies in the chosen’s understand that their truest power is in empowering and showing.

Turning followers into leaders that wil go and lead with integrity as they too take their own journey to the mountain of magnitude...

There is no point of having helpers if they don’t intend to help.

Lead with passion, commitment and be intentional!

Remember, every penny adds up with dollar potential!

Dear old me

Don’t try to supplement people when you’re lonely.

Refrain from people that complain that you’re too homey.

Stay away from things and people that mean you no good!

Speaking with proper diction and grammar doesn’t mean

you think you’re too good.

Loyalty doesn’t mean self-sacrifice!

Watch out for people Lea, your way too nice Living for others won’t make you happy, Tightly coiled hair does not mean its nappy!

Fear

I’ve sworn to myself that I won’t be afraid, Fear is the tactic that master uses to enslave.

A tool that parents use to redirect their children when they misbehave.

But what is fear as I elevate?

It’s that small voice that reminds you you’l never make it.

It’s the thought that you’re not good enough so you should fake it...

You won’t pass that test, don’t even take it.

Don’t go out for that team!

You’l never make it.

What fear doesn’t tell you is that you can make it and even if you fall short you’re stil the greatest!

Fear is the thing that keeps you small, So afraid that you’l never get big you don’t try at all.

You continue to lose when you could win it all.

Fear of death wil keep you from living...

Fear of loss will keep you from giving!

Fear of less will keep you from more, Fear of possibility wil keep you from all that life has in store.

Moral of the story; fear is a bitch.

But you’re a conqueror you can overcome it!

If loving you is wrong...

I’m with the sin

Rather be morally wrong and happy within.

Looking and searching I came up with you.

Right or wrong I know whatever I’m going through I can go through it with you.

See when I had nothing, I stil had you...

Problems arose and you said this is what we’re going to do.

You stood firm when others decided to fold, You are my diary full of secrets that have never been told.

Lea I always have time for you... while others left me on hold.

I sacrificed for them but you sacrificed for me, You’ve shown me things... I never used to see! See everyone complains and has their own opinion, But not one of them bought me bricks when I talked about building

Or even offered me support when we conversed about living...

So continue to complain and not do anything considering for you that’s tradition!
