Trauma

At a younger age, I had experienced trauma from many things.

It seems as if it never goes away because those thoughts of mine causes those horrible feelings.

Trauma changes who we are into somebody you do not want to be.

Therefore, it only gets worse when not one soul is there for us when we are in need.

Let me remind you that feelings are temporary.

I know it may be scary,

but I want to remind you that trauma cannot have power over our lives.

Just know that you will never forget it,

but you can let it go within time and manage how to cope with it.

I believe that you are strong and beautiful just as your heart,

and I know that you can get through this until you can get far.

Deep into the woods

I am lost with nowhere to go.

I am deep within these woods where it is dark and unknown.

It seems to me as if there is no way out of there,

And I am screaming for help, but not one person can
