She started writing poetry as a way to release, express and communicate the words she, at times, found hard to share.She is the author of 'In Full Flow', a poetry book consisting of over 300 poems guided the reader back to a place of self love so they can live a life of flow.Rachel has always been passionate about supporting others while also seeking the deeper meaning of life herself. She has spent over a decade working at many different retreats, supporting thousands of people on their awakening journeys.Rachel is also a Ka Huna Bodywork and Massage Therapist supporting clients on a physical, emotional, spiritual and energetic level so they can align back with the peace within.view less
