    Disclaimer:

I have life experience as a person with heightened sensitivities to light and a strong spiritual sense. I hold a college diploma in social sciences and have experience in addiction recovery programs and have worked on myself with the tools of my aboriginal ancestors.

The views expressed are my own gained over the course of my life. I wish to share perspective on mindfulness as a tool for addressing feelings of emptiness, resentment, worthlessness, shame and guilt. A lot of fun stuff, but definitely not all.

The exercises in this book are intended for personal interest and entertainment of value in seeking to understand the nature of apologies and forgiveness. The content is the rambling thoughts of the writer, after over half a century of being a spiritual, rebellious human. I hope it sheds light on new ways of dealing with difficult emotions by self-forgiveness.

If you disagree with any of the content herein, please discontinue reading it.

But many occasions when it is used are not due to the apologizer committed any slight or wrong to someone.

Someone bumps into another; both individuals apologize. Why did the person who was bumped into feel the need
