She is the author of two previous cookbooks, The Laura Lea Balanced Cookbook and Simply Laura Lea, and she has taught cooking classes in-person and virtually to hundreds of students. Recently, Laura Lea has shifted her business to reflect the direction of this third book, Recipes for an Aching Heart.
