    Ingredients:

    3.3 lbs/1.5 kg peeled, deseeded butternut squash cut into cubes

    1 chopped onion

    2 peeled and chopped carrots

    1 teaspoon of chopped ginger

    50 fl oz/1.5 litres of vegetable
