    Energize, Empower, & Elevate

    I want to personally congratulate you for taking the first step to improving your health.  The first one is usually the hardest, so it takes courage right from the start.  The stories and the advice that I share in this book will guide you to live a healthier and happier life.  I will give you actions that you can apply to empower you on your health and fitness journey.  I titled this book Raising the Bar because it’s possible for everyone to live a healthy lifestyle.  You don’t have to be elite to raise the bar.  All you have to do is be willing to apply a few simple habits that I will highlight in the coming pages.

    What will this book do for you? 

    This book will provide you with motivation, tips and advice to get and stay active.  It will give you the exercises and nutrition advices as well as many other key elements that are needed to raise the bar at 50 and older.
