    Introduction

    According several psychological findings, happiness comes as a result of interchangeable experiences of discomfort. Your level of happiness in the present always depends on the level of discomfort you’ve experienced in the past. Happiness signifies a total state of mental wellbeing often related to the occurrence of deep satisfaction.

    Individuals have different wants and needs, even so their sources of happiness. For example, money could be your source of happiness but only to some extent. There might be a time where money will not be considered as a source of happiness but rather a source of distraction.

    Being happy means having access to things beyond the basic needs in life, which includes clothing, food, and housing. The happiness of normal human beings depends on the kind of people they associate with: Your family members, social relationships, achievements, life circumstances, genetic makeup and even marital status.

    These are the things that influence who you are and ultimately define exactly the kind of personality you have. Your mindset and your ability to make the right or wrong decisions; your speed of success and the significance you make in the society depend on these things.

    Other things that influence your happiness are the ways you express your feelings and how you convey your thinking or ideas. The level of approval you get will ultimately determine how satisfied you are with yourself and the effort you make in keeping relevance. Evidently, your happiness will depend on the amount of control you have for the things you like and the things you dislike in your daily life. Regardless of the current situation, some people find happiness in the purpose they have for life and living itself.
