About this ebook
The Gift of Forgiveness: Inspiring Stories from Those Who Have Overcome the Unforgivable is a book written by Katherine Schwarzenegger Pratt about learning to forgive, which is one of the toughest challenges in life. This book was based on more than twenty thorough and detailed interviews and stories of different persons as well as the own reflections of the author. Pratt wanted the readers to see and learn from those people who had a hard time in giving forgiveness, especially those who have been able to forgive others what might seem genuinely unforgivable. Pratt wanted to show the readers that although mercy is somehow challenging to do, there is still a possibility that one can learn how to forgive and let go, it may be slow and thorny, but it is possible.

Introducing The Gift of Forgiveness
The Gift of Forgiveness: Inspiring Stories from Those Who Have Overcome the Unforgivable is written by Katherine Schwarzenegger Pratt. It is a book that inspires the readers on how to forgive coming from those people who had firsthand experience in letting go of resentment and finding peace. Pratt quoted, When we learn to embrace forgiveness, it opens us up to healing, hope, and a new world of possibility.
This book contains the stories of different people that have been interviewed by Pratt. It also includes Pratt's personal reflections about letting go and giving forgiveness. Pratt has explored the topics on forgiveness through twenty-two interviews with people who have experienced loss. Most of her interview subjects have experienced tragedy in their lives, including parents of children killed in the Sandy Hook and Columbine shootings, Elizabeth Smart, who was a kidnap victim. She also interviewed the sister of Nicole Brown Simpson, who was murdered. Pratt also talked to the wife of Chester Bennington, who was a rock star who killed himself in
