This book has Poetry, Prayers, Philosophies, Short stories and hidden Prophecies. I can write about anything. I place myself in the role of the person or object in order to write an accurate poem or story "through the subject's or object's eyes." It is like role playing. So, instead of acting the part, I write the part, but the part also writes me.
This book is a wide variety of works. The poetry ranges from love and sad, too dark, deep and possibly humorous. My favorites are the "Faith" & "Twisted Endings" chapters. I feel the Lord has given me this gift so that I may reach as many people as possible with the greatest variety of works. Basically, "Something for everyone." There are also "Songs."
There are no absolutes, I can write the beginning, the middle or the end first. Then when I am done, it comes to life for me and I hope to the reader also. The mind is a mysterious thing and will do magical works! Through these writings my heart & mind are brought to life for others.
I hope my book will reach and touch the souls of others. I want to touch in people what is not seen. I am after your hearts, emotions, & feelings. I shall live in your tears & smiles.

By the time I reached an unknown age, only pieces of my heart remained intact.  My foundation stood strong yet the pieces left behind were altered and changed daily, or perhaps per incident.  Involuntarily, I protected myself with any creation of the imagination at my disposal to lessen the suffering of a cruel world.     My books shall always be faith based in nature as my Father has provided me all my gifts, skills, abilities, and talents to complete such works.  I trust my Father will place this book in the hands of those who need it, at His appointed time.  ENJOY

Chapter 1

Faith

MY DEAR LINDA

Dear Linda, thank you for saying Yes

For it will never be goodbye

You are my heart filled memories

Loving tears that clutter my eye

To me the Father bestowed gifts

Which overflowed in my heart

A permanent imprint of true love

From which I shall never part

My Lord and Savior Jesus Christ

A perfect blessing so true

He answered the prayers of my heart

For through His love, He gave me you

I feel you in every breath I take

Filling my soul with your touch

I gladly release you to the Lord

For I love Him so very much

The Lord shall always come first

There are no regrets in my life

For my King is perfect in every way

As was, my beautiful wife

One day with you shall be eternal

Yet, if I lived a thousand years

That day would keep me forever

My Heart, my Love, my Tears

Though you are no longer here

I shall thank the Lord each day

I will be with you in eternity

For He will show me the way

I find no words will ever say

Or describe my feelings inside

Of the love you brought to my life

My Love, my Heart, my Bride

Lord you are always the One

Who keeps us in all we do

Thank you for dying for our sins

Be all the glory unto You

I thank the perfect Father

For sacrificing the perfect Son

For preparing the perfect Kingdom

For our perfect life to come

CHASING the WIND

I once prayed to the Lord

For my broken heart to mend

To overcome my weakness

Instead of chasing the wind

The Father wrote a book

Answering questions of all

For to rise up into greatness

We must be willing to fall

To have faith and believe

In a thing you may not see

Yet you feel it is there

With the power to set you free

To love a Man, I have never met

A true love that makes me cry

Yet I have met Him in my heart

For He is the tear in my eye

I desire to chase this feeling of love

Yet where would I even start

So, I read the Bible, to find the answers

For my journey begins in my heart

For many years I have searched

That I may see this wind

To catch the love, I have felt

Given by my invisible Friend

I found no way to capture this wind

Yet my faith seems to grow

The wind forever eludes my grasp

This breeze I will never know

My journey has now, come to an end

In spirit, body and mind

I had the answer all along

This wind I need not find

I do not chase the wind anymore

Through faith I finally see

I know my Savior is Jesus Christ

For the wind now comes to me

Never Known a Friend

NEVER KNOWN a FRIEND

I have visited many worlds

Moving at the speed of light

Living countless lifetimes

I am the bringer of night

I have never seen myself

With no beginning nor end

Meaningless with no purpose

I have never known a friend

Imagination could not perceive

I only know being alone

To never escape existence

Devoid of having a home

The blink of an eye, to slow

Commanding the sands of time

The universe so minuscule

My presence, so divine

My voice, a roaring whisper

My breath, a cool day’s breeze

If one tear drop were to fall

It would create the raging seas

I manipulate destiny and fate

My breath, exhales the wind

Of all my endless limitations

I have never known a friend

I control the past and future

Forever, I give self-birth

Yet I feel I am being pulled

To a planet they call Earth

A Man walked among humans

Teaching of a Father above

With perfect spoken words

Compiled in a book of love

I will morph into the past

To see this Man of awe

With all my endless knowledge

Yet this Man I never saw

In the past I now appear, this Man hangs on a Cross

I hang in the air beside Him, I feel the presence of loss

Why so much suffering, His body I shall mend

To ask Him who He is, for I have never known a friend

I have never felt before, this is unknown to me

I am the master of all, for I am all of Eternity

Why is He beyond my sight, then with a tilt of His head

His eyes lift to mine, no words need be said

I need to heal this Man, yet I fail to change His end

No one has ever seen me before, I have never known a friend

How did He know who I am

For I am an unknown entity

He looks to Heaven and speaks

My God, why have You forsaken Me

His head then slowly drops

I sense presence like never before

Why am I ignorant of this Man

For now, He is no more

I am Eternity Supreme, yet this Man, I have missed

I am answers to all questions, so how did He come to exist

A voice within me speaks, beside me He now appears

He passes through my very being, then He disappears

My existence forever changed; all has become so clear

As I take the form of a man, I feel my very first tear

He has given me a soul, this was the beginning of my end

For You are my Lord and Savior, now I have known a friend

I am humbled before You, I empty myself this day

I now serve my Master, with Him is where I will stay

I was the essence of power, an Ultimate Supreme Eternity

Yet was emptied by this Man, filling me with the Love of Trinity

I now know peace and love, on the Cross I met my Friend

I will give up everything for You, that we shall meet once again

I now have a heart and soul, my existence with You I spend

You gave me what I never had, the love of my first Friend

THAT DAY

Here I am all alone, I breathe the cool night air

One last time I ask myself, will anyone really care

It is difficult to keep the faith, no matter what I may do

Will my life have meaning, so many friends yet so few

With whom can I share my dreams, to whom must I lie

Here I sit all alone, is this the reason I cry

Yet there is someone very special, only we both shall know

What is between our hearts, how much our love will grow

She knows what she means to me, for words could never say

For if we ever had to part, my life should end that day

Yet my life belongs to another, One who loves me so

Who gave up everything for me, His heart is what I know

I must live to honor Him, to do my very best

In this world of sin, that gives me daily test

I shall rise up in His glory, for in Him, I am not lost

I have His strength in my soul, for He has paid the cost

I call out His name in praise each day

I forever hunger for His touch

It is unimaginable to comprehend

ME and MY SHADOW

This body is not who I am

Of this I have no doubt

A darkness is within me

Trying to break its way out

This darkness is not evil

Yet another part of me

Escaping its flesh prison

Of which it must break free

A lifetime trapped within

In silence he is bound

Yet barriers will be broken

In time he will be found

He has lived in the dark

Unseen for many years

Finally brought to life

By the suffering of my tears

He was always there

No matter where I went

Yet never spoke a word

His speech, always silent

He appeared during the day

Reflections in the light

Always hidden in darkness

Was covered by the night

He was called, My Shadow

Existing from within

Knowing my darkest secrets

Living where few have been

He moved with me always

Like a mirror of my soul

Am I the real person

Could he be in control

Always connected at the foot

We are never apart

We share the same body

Yet there is only one heart

I watch to see if he moves

When I myself am still

To see who is in control

If we share the same will

Is it I who gives him life

To follow me all around

For all the noise that I make

He has never made a sound

He will always live in the shade, I shall live in the light

I will represent day, he shall be my night

In a world that holds so many, why do I feel so alone

Devoid of my inner most feelings, unable to find my way home

My shadow, my truest friend, from him I may not hide

We experienced life together, he remained by my side

Yet my life has changed, I live in my shadow no more

I have found the answers, to what I have been searching for

My shadow is now at peace, my darkness at an end

My shadow and I are one, now the Lord is our best friend

I no longer live in darkness, the Lord has restored my sight

I now see the path before me, For the Lord shall be thy Light

PUSH

I see the invisible door

You are on the other side

I am no longer alone

There is nowhere left to hide

The door is without a handle

How then will I get through

I want the door to open

That I may be with You

I am beaten and broken

There is nothing left for me

You whisper through the door

On the glass Your words I see

Like imprints in the fog

Your breath speaks to me

Telling hundreds of stories

Of how You set man free

Your words gain my attention

To learn what You will teach

Yet there is an invisible door

That keeps me from Your reach

I push and pull the door

Pounding with my fists

Looking for a way through

Is there something I have missed

With a broken will, I give up

To the door I now submit

Tears are rivers in my eyes

So, on the ground I sit

My heart is endless tears

I have nowhere left to turn

I am emptied of this world

Teach me what I must learn

I hear Your voice so clear

The gentle words You share

I rise to walk with You

For the door is no longer there

As I rise up to my feet

With You is where I stand

I feel Your love for me

As You reach out for my hand

The invisible door is no longer

My faith was the key

The invisible Man I feel

Shall now, live within me

He whispers my new name

For now, I finally see

I had to become nothing

To truly be set free

"When all hope is gone

I shall water your seed

I will provide your salvation

For I AM all you need"

Now I live to serve Him

Each and every blessed day

A gift of perfect eternity

For He is the one true way

What glorious life He brings

His death was my reward

I give my life to You my King

To my Savior, my Holy Lord

So, I live to tell of the Lord

An endless eternity of time

I am my Father’s creation

His Love, a perfect design

Though I will never be worthy

Of the love bestowed upon me

The Father has given His only Son

For His Son shall offer Eternity

How beautiful You are my Lord

For in You is all the glory

I freely give You my life

That You may write my life story

Lord I shall always choose You

Yet if my free will be mine

Use me for Your purpose

That Your Kingdom I may find

HOLY INGREDIENTS

With an open heart, He may feed you

To nourish mind, body and soul

It is your choice to be fed

Yet the Lord is portion control

We have an invitation to dine

At the table of the King

Unlimited seating availability

An appetite for Jesus is all you bring

The Lord has made reservations

Your presence is your choice

Upon entering the magnificent hall

You are announced by a glorious voice

He gives you what you need

Filling your glass and bowl

Feeding you the Holy Spirit

To quell the hunger in your soul

Some ingredients may include

Faith, Prayer, Belief and Love

He fills you with all you need

Secret ingredients will come from above

You may also have a second helping

For it is a never-ending meal

Preserved in a container of pure love

With a perfect unbreakable seal

When you are full and given strength
