He’s baaaack....

Code Pentagon

The code went out to the group of five friends in their group chat. The text meant that they needed to head over to Evan’s secret lab ASAP.

Shiloh got it as he was getting ready for school. He heard the ding of his phone go off as he was brushing his teeth. He walked back to his room with his toothbrush in his hands, mouth full of toothpaste and spit.

All of a sudden it felt like he walked into an invisible forcefield in his doorway. His toothbrush was jerked out of his mouth and his face was smeared with toothpaste. He felt a light film all over his body and couldn’t shake it off.

He heard his sister Shasha laughing. I know it’s an oldie, but it’s still a goodie. Plastic wrap in the doorway gets the job done! Happy April Fools’ Day! She was talking to her phone.

You put that on Instagram?!

Of course not. I put it on TikTok, Shasha said with a dismissive shake of her head. I have to grow my followers.

Shasha, not this again! You know I’ll get you back so why do you keep doing this?

Are you saying, you’re starting a prank war? Shasha her left eyebrow up in challenge.

I didn’t start this, but I’ll finish it. Shiloh crossed his arms and stared her down.

"Bro, you watch too many action movies. No one’s gonna care about my little TikTok vi–

I can’t believe it got thirty thousand views already!"

Shasha delete it now!

Nope! She ran down the hall and back into her room.

His phone dinged again which reminded him what he was on his way to do. He read the text and muttered, What? I thought it was over.

Shiloh to Evan:

Bruh, I thought it was over. What happened?

Evan to Shiloh:

You’ll see when you get here. It could be nothing, but I doubt it. It looks like The Watcher is back.

This sent chills down Shiloh’s spine. He and his friends had a few months of no problems with The Watcher. It wasn’t even that they had any
