    The kind of life we lead today is essentially the product of our habits – our daily routines, our daily processes. And no one has ever described this natural phenomenon more accurately than the great Greek philosopher Aristotle who said, "We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then, is not an act but a habit."

    What we repeatedly do, the things we read and think about, and the routine tasks we perform every single day is what shaped our beliefs and transformed us into the kind of person we are today.
