Weight loss system:

The goal is to lose at least 5 kg for about 2 months.
I try to have dinner before 18.00 o’clock.
Every day I drink minimum 2liters of water.
Exercise for at least 45 minutes each day (my personal choice is Tae Bo).
No more than 30 g of dark (natural) chocolate per day.
Once a week I eat only fruits.
I try to drink coffee and green tea every day.
My main meal is at noon (200 g).
Add a little black or red pepper to the potatoes, eggs or other meals.
