    Introduction

    We live in a very busy high-tech world with so many demands on our time. There are so many things we need to do daily. Some of us work eight hours a day or more, others might be full time moms. Regardless of what we do in our day, we cannot dispute the fact that we all have twenty-four hours in a day.

    We have so many tasks, errands and appointments that we are obligated to complete on a weekly basis, and if you are a parent, your obligations will significantly increase. You may find yourself playing the role of chauffeur driving your children back and forth to parties, sports and other extracurricular activities.

    Yes, we are all very busy people. Not only do our appointments and jobs occupy a great amount of our time, but many of us are spending hours on our phones and computers. Others may watch too much TV or love to go shopping. It is becoming almost impossible for many Americans to simply relax and rest quietly.

    Many Americans are so hurried and stressed out, and do not even know that the enemy is keeping them so busy. One of the greatest schemes of the enemy is distraction.

    It saddens me that our society in America has become very anti-social. The advance of technology has considerably changed the way that Americans communicate with one another.

    Recently, I had to go to visit my doctor for a breathing test. Due to the procedure protocol, I had to
