Iwant to thank you and congratulate you for beginning the journey to mindfulness. I’m glad to help you. While reading this book remember that learning any skill takes time and practice. Begin your meditation journey purely for yourself. Progress on a phase that feels right for you.
This book has actionable information on how to practice mindfulness to fight stress and anxiety effortlessly. However, please note that mindfulness is just one form of meditation. It’s generally perceived as a beginner friendly meditation due to its simplicity along with Zazen (Zen meditation). We will be focusing on mindful meditation here, but I’ve included more resources at the final chapter of the book encouraging you to discover more about meditation.
