Maar ik heb het toch gedaan, en het helpt jou om te relativeren &

Dat vond ik ook. En ik vond het vooral erg om 30 jaar te worden.
Want ik ik had gehoord of dacht dat je na je dertigste jaar gaat aftakelen.
Dat alles minder wordt en minder goed gaat werken.
En ik dacht eraan om als ik 80 jaar ben, en niks het meer doet om
mezelf op de een of andere manier om te leggen.
Totdat iemand zei : Hoe ouder hoe beter
En dat is de fokking waarheid,
wat ouder worden betreft.
Sommige kinderen halen de 10 jaar niet eens.
Sommige mensen worden niet eens 18 jaar oud.
En jij bent 30 of 40 of 50 en jarig & je mag nog een jaar leven.
Hoe een geweldig cadeau is dat...
Je kan zoveel doen en ervaren. En genieten.
