You could consume fish as it is a good way to handle menstrual cramps and spasms. However, meat, poultry, and dairy products should not be consumed. For vegetables, you could eat papaya, cucumber, white pumpkin and drumstick and avoid potato, eggplant, and yellow pumpkin.
Thus, these are a few natural ways to tackle the problem of irregular menstruation. You must pay attention to the fact that you get your periods regularly to avoid any kind of health-related problem. There are allopathic medications available but women generally prefer going for natural treatment for irregular menstruation as it has no side effects.
