About this ebook
From decision making, to learning new things, to communicating with others, the brain functions as the central role in our daily lives. When our brain gets sick, we start to forget things and become frequently confused even in simple day to day stuffs. At its worst, it could hamper us to communicate properly. As this problem persists or aggravates, we lost our self-esteem and the disease takes away our life. It makes us feel incompetent and we start to fear for the day when we would become a scum of the world, be unable to do anything by ourselves or even end up as a helpless parasite who feeds on our love ones' expenses.
Not being diagnosed with Alzheimer's or any other neurodegenerative disease doesn't mean that your brain is okay. In fact if you have poor memory, or just plain forgetful, it could be a sign that your brain has been slowly deteriorating. Having history of heart issues or breathing problems adds more to the risk of developing a neurodegenerative disease in a near future.
If you are one having brain problems (confusion, forgetfulness, incompetence) and want to find ways to improve your condition or a person with Alzheimer's or neurodegenerative disease, but have exhausted conventional treatment or just someone who wanted to try an alternative approach to improve your mental deterioration. Then this book might probably be something worth investing.

1 Brain Fog and Low Energy? Your Brain May Lack Protein
I was once invited to a party to celebrate the visit of a family who happens to be a doctor. During that season of my life, I was suffering from brain fog and low energy. On one of our discussion, we happened to talk about brain degeneration and dementia related topics. To my surprise, he mentioned about protein deficiency being linked to it, while being unsure what he meant, I was eager to confirm what I heard from him and if it is really true.
After some research, I found out that scientists at Gladstone Institutes’s research had findings about protein deficiency being linked to dementia¹. Interesting! it explains that it’s possible, but doesn’t provide any explanation of the causes or any sort of solution to prevent this.
As I continued my research, I had an interesting finding. Even if you eat red meat, it is still very possible to not absorb protein into your brain. How? Or what’s causing it? The answer is a weak digestive system. If you have a poor stomach, it does not produce enough hydrochloric acid which is essential for your body
