About this ebook

Most people are born with a normal, healthy heart that as long as they look after it will last for many years. Mother Nature has taken hundreds of thousands of years of evolution to develop your heart along with the rest of your body, your heart like the human brain is one of the wonders of our world, as long as it has oxygen, your heart can keep on pumping even if removed from your body.

Perfected by nature to become arguably the most important organ in our bodies, our heart is a large muscle that pumps blood containing oxygen and other essential substances to all the organs and cells of the body and also provides the means of removing the waste that is produced by day to day bodily functions.

We wrote this book as a guide for heart health. It explains some of the common causes of heart disease, how to prevent it and what to do if you or someone near you has a heart attack.

Maintaining good heart health is relatively easy and better than dealing with heart disease.
