Thank you for previewing Stimulate Your Mind, part of my Becoming Grace series, where I share my Stimulating messages and videos, all dedicated to inspiring and empowering you to become your authentic God Self while achieving an amazing state of grace. I first began writing my Becoming Grace series March of 2009, approximately two years after my father passed away, and shot the attending videos throughout 2015.

After my father’s passing in February of 2007, I experienced a huge energetic shift and cleansing where I cleared out toxic people and situations from my life, allowing me room to evolve and grow while reconnecting back to my God Self. As I cleared away this toxicity, my crown chakra began to open up, and I started receiving invaluable wisdom from my Higher Self.

People ask me time and time again if I think about what I am going to write before penning one of my inspiring messages. While it may sound strange, these messages just appear in my head whether I am feeding my dogs, driving in my car, sitting on the couch, taking a shower, or whatever else I may be doing. They channel directly to me from my Higher Self.

Sometimes, the messages appear as a lesson for myself, gently pushing me to evolve or to seek balance in some area of my life. Other times, they serve as a reminder that I am on the right path in my life. Still other times, they appear as a lesson for someone else as without fail, whenever I share one of my messages on my social media sites, someone will comment or e-mail me, thanking me for the very timely and appropriate piece of inspiration.

I know that so many of you, much like myself not too long ago, are experiencing difficulties in your life right now, as these are stressful times we are living through. Having been there myself, I want to share the many life lessons I learned and the wisdom I gained through the years to help you rise above any difficulties you may be facing.
