I discovered I have a talent for poetry in the year 2002 and started writing ever since. This is my first book I am undertaking for publishing and I pray that it is a success.
I hope that you as the reader find inspiration in this book. Our lives are not determined by what happens to us, but by how we react to what happens not by what life brings to us, but by the attitude we bring to life. A positive attitude causes a chain reaction of positive thoughts, events, and outcomes. It is a catalyst and a spark that creates extraordinary results.

Tazz Samantha Melody

I am known as Tazz and my name is Tasneem Goolam and I was born as Samantha Melody Morris. I am a South African woman born on 23 January 1975. I am mother of two daughters and a son. I grew up on my late grandmother’s farm south of Johannesburg, South Africa. I am currently employed with the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg South Africa as Executive Secretary & Commissioner of Oaths. I strive for excellence and take pride in what I do. I respect authority, take responsibility and adhere to all regulations as laid down. I align my goals to the companies operational and human resources strategies.

Just to say hi

Other times I call you

To share some silly or wonderfully

Exciting thing that just happened

Sometimes I call you…

Because I’m feeling desperate and blue

And I know I can always count on you

To pull a dazzling colour

Right out of my situation…

And flash it all up in my face

Until you make me smile

Other times I call you

. . . because I’ve got a feeling that you need

my ear to be the kind that can bend

but mostly, I’m glad that

no matter when I call you

I know I can always call You…

my Fiend!

Our need endless

Our Nap effortless

Occasionally near Eden

Oh! Now envied

For One never ends

Our nemesis end perhaps

What is One?

The two shall become one

What is One?

Just a number?

What is One?

It is the sum of two halves

Without One there’s NONE

WITH YOU I AM ONE.

We not always together in flesh,

We always together in Heart, Mind & Soul

We One in Spirit and in everything that is miraculous
