About this ebook
Kush Desai
As a college student whose social and cultural identities have been shaped by both the American and Indian Cultures, I bring to the table an unique perspective on life. With me, In the writing of this book, it is my goal to share with the you my socio-cultural perspectives while also sharing some practical tools and advice that can help you live the lives that they want to live. As an individual, I see value in every individual I meet. Every individual has something great, perhaps even profound, that they can contribute to our world. However, at times, a multitude of factors can get in the way to our realization of our true identity and purpose. Though utilizing some of the tools that I've highlighted in this book, you start taking a step in a positive direction towards become the best person that you can be. I was originally born in Mumbai, India where I spent eight years of my life. I have family in India, went to school in India and was a part of the culture of India. Since moving to the United States, quite a few of my perceptual paradigms have shifted and a lot of my beliefs challenged. Through it all, I have started to form my personal and social identities and have applied the lessons that I talk about in the book to become who I am today.
