About this ebook
Whether we like it or not, our daily life routine can quickly turn into a repetitive mechanical process of dullness. When we go to school, work, or practice, do we actually engage 100 percent in the activities that we decide to take on? Well, probably not. The reason for this is simple: our level of engagement in an activity is constantly influenced by mood, attitude, and the staggering number of people that we interact with throughout the day. In other words, the terrible triomood, attitude, and those around ussubjects us to the mechanical motions of life. Perhaps the most comforting thing, though, is that as independent human beings, we have the ability to determine which parts of the trio actually end up affecting our everyday lives.
This guide to hyping up your life provides several incredible tips on how to own the terrible trio. Once you implement these strategies in your life, nothing can bring you down. You can winno matter what.

Preface
I ride the New York City subways quite often as a means of getting around Manhattan. Usually, I think nothing of the subway system. However, one day last year, I was in such a joyful mood that I just had to socialize with someone. As I boarded one of the subway cars, I turned to the lady next to me and attempted to start a conversation:
Hey, how’s it going?
No response. She stared blankly at her watch as if she was in a big time rush. She also seemed pretty bored with her day. That moment got me thinking about humans in general. We often do not live to the fullest or notice all the bright life around us because we think we have insufficient time, are preoccupied, or sometimes even tired. I wrote this book because I want to demonstrate how incredibly awesome every day can be for each one of us, regardless of what problems we might be facing.
Chapter 1
Owning the Terrible Trio
In today’s high-tech and extremely fast-paced world, we are constantly being overwhelmed with masses of different information. Between all the emails, text messages, internet articles, billboards, magazines, news channels, and other information sources we encounter daily, it becomes easy to lose track of the things that matter most in life. The greatest thing, however, is that as independent human beings, we have the ability to decide which surroundings will ultimately impact our lives. Most people are influenced by one or more of the following:
