    About the Book

I am writing this book because everyone has problems.

I want you to know you are not alone with your problems; our Lord Jesus Christ is beside you, through any kind of problem. There are many problems in this world; people have drug or alcohol addictions, they may have been raped or beaten, or they may have killed someone. They may even have been left alone; there are lots of other problems.

But remember, no matter what kind of problems you have, as long as you have Jesus Christ with you, you can talk to Jesus about anything.

Jesus can help you; all you have to do is believe in him.

This book will tell you how to get closer to Jesus and a lot more. I hope you find Jesus Christ, if you haven’t already done so. And I hope this book helps you through all your problems.

    Chapter 1

    Who Is Jesus Christ?

When this question is personalized, it becomes the most important question ever.

Jesus was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born from a virgin named Mary.

Jesus was born in a stable in Bethlehem.

Later, Jesus was baptized by John the Baptist.

Jesus became full of the Holy Ghost and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness for forty days, where he was tempted by the devil.

Jesus taught and preached the gospel of the kingdom, and he healed all manner of sickness and all manner of diseases among the people.

Jesus had twelve disciples, and among those twelve there was Judas, the disciple who betrayed him.

Then it was time for our lord Jesus to be crucified.

The soldiers beat Jesus so badly; I couldn’t bear it.

The soldiers beat Jesus until all his flesh was bloody; there was blood everywhere on his body.

Then the soldiers put a crown of thorns on his head and mocked him.

The soldiers also spit in his face; they continued to beat Jesus as he was carrying his cross. The soldiers nailed his hands and feet to the cross.

Jesus said, I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.

    1 John 5:11–13 says,

And this is the record that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.

He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.

These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.

We are told that if we have the Son of God in our life, we can have eternal life.

Jesus is the only way to live life and receive eternal life.

Jesus died on the cross for us, and he took the punishment for our sins so we could be sinless in the eyes of God.

If we don’t receive the free gift of eternal life by experiencing forgiveness by Jesus, then we will receive the punishment we so deserve.

Jesus must become the light of our life. Invite Jesus into your life and have a personal relationship with him.

You can change your life at this very moment by saying this little prayer:

Lord, forgive me for my sins, for I am a sinner. Lord, I ask you to come
