Serving his country as a US Marine, Louis spent a year in Iraq during operations Dessert Storm and Provide Comfort. He also has an Associates Degree from Pennsylvania Culinary where he studied the Culinary Arts as well as Hotel and Restaurant Management. Louis the youngest of 20 children was born and raised in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania where he currently resides with his Daughter.

    To the women in my life, thank you for inspiring me…

    I was raised by women. My time with them has taught me how to treat, love and understand them. I have had my share of relationships, and I truly have listened to the things I heard my mother, sisters, cousins and all their friends say while I was growing up.

    I believe there is a gap between the mindsets of the basic male and female. One of my questions has become, What does a real man look like? I wrote this book is to share my experiences and to help bachelors. There are a lot of things we need to know as men, some are obvious and others are very subtle and not very apparent to us.

    Women are sensitive creatures who can change every single day of their lives like chameleons. And if we truly want to be a complete part of our women’s lives, we need to adjust our way over perceiving these precious people. Dealing with them on an emotional level is another consideration. Not to say we are bad as men, but I believe that we have become desensitized to women. There are plenty of ways we can move to grow with our significant others if we just remain open to learning.

    This book can provide you with insight on everyday situations that occur in our lives. There will be suggestions for possible meals, dates and icebreakers that will help make a good connection, or reconnection with your lady.

    The recipes are simplified so that the most novice cook can create them. I
