Music of a Bleeding Heart - Jennifer
black.jpg A Beautiful Dream black.jpg
Last night I had a dream that you were speechless
to all the loud and overbearing things I had to say.
That you held inside all the shit you wanted to say
to protect my oversize ego. That you held yourself
oh so tight, then cried yourself to sleep at night.
That you cared a little too much about what I thought
of you, to the point of changing who you really are.
But this morning I woke up in the same spot,
with the same familiar pain to greet the sun.
And I began to realize just how fed up I was becoming
to the reality of my life, and decided to stop living in a
nightmare.
A New Day black.jpg
black.jpg I hate to admit there's some broken hearts in my past. Some doubts and fears, many confused days and lonely nights too. Lies and abandonment, pain and jealousy. But today my past is centuries away. Today there's joy and love in my life and a beating heart of colorful rhythm. Today I'm sure he loves and adores my mind and body. His embrace keeps me safely wrapped in his arms, and I know he won't leave me alone. He desires to be in my company and share my world. Today my heart is mended and whole again. He gives me everything I need and happily spoils my passions. The rainbow is never too far from the storm. Just continue to brace yourself and someday it will past and you'll see a new day. black.jpg
black.jpg A Rare Gem black.jpg
black.jpg Something's got me flustered, anxious, longing for endless possibilities with you. A little too curious about what's created in your mental breakdown. The thought of seeing you behind your walls is overwhelming my senses. But there's a beautiful calmness that effortlessly compliments that excitement, it makes me strongly desire opening up to you over a mixture of background beats and lyrics. I wonder what's your life story about. I can't imagine anyone ever breaking your heart or trying to steal your joy. If so then I know my eyes were meant for you only, cause they don't see what I do when I look at you. Could the heavens be setting me up for another empty reality filled with only wanting fantasies, or is this my finally, finally? I'm tired of searching, my strength is truly running out. I need you to catch me when I fall. Don't want to have to reassemble myself once again. I hope you've been searching too, patiently holding on to the voice in your heart waiting to scream out in satisfied ecstasy. I don't need another disappointment for my crushed heart, but a repair man sent from above to gladly put in work, and heal my every pain with his beautiful tools of pleasure. That's what I see in you, something like a doctor for my soul, mind and body. Feelings like this don't come around too often for me, so making you a reality is top priority in my life. So I hope that you will take the time to taste my love and discover the wonderful gifts I too can bring to your life.
