This book is an accomplishment with the help, encouragement, teaching, training, of many people in my life.
I would like to say thank you first, to the great God of heaven for allowing me the opportunity to write a book of adventure for all ages. Without God’s help, this book would have never been born.
I owe my all to the Lord Jesus Christ.
Thank you goes to my dear husband, confident, friend, Rev. David T. Zombik. You have been the resource of strength and encouragement for this book. Thank you for listening to each word with such love and care. I am so grateful for your love and friendship.
Thank you goes to our daughters, Elizabeth, Pamela, Melanie, Amy! You are the gems in my life. Although you are so different in personality you are one in heart. It is an honor to be part of our life.
Thank you goes to my dear friend and editor, Genie Wilkins. You are a true friend in every sense of the word. Thank you for the years you have given to me in friendship. We have shared the mountains, valleys, and the walk in between. You have always been there, caring and helping. You are an example of Christ to others. I love you forever.
Thank you goes to my dear friend Doris Pulford, a gift from God. You have been with me through the beginning and will be with me to the end. You are a treasure beyond material goods, tried and true. I love you, Sis. Your spoken confidence in me has been such an encouragement. Our friendship has passed through the test of time...the fire and the fuel.
My thanks to Lori Unghire for being so patient and working with me on the front cover. You are a blessing and always leave a little of Jesus behind wherever you go. Little Brother was born in my heart but you put him to life when I saw his first picture. Thank you!
Last, but certainly not least...special thanks to the fine staff at WestBow. You walked me through the fears, concerns, and many questions over and over until
