About the Author
Final Word
At that time the disciples came to Jesus, saying, Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?
And calling to him a child, he put him in the midst of them and said, Truly, I say to you, unless you turn and become like children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.
(Matthew 18:1-3)
Dedication
This book is dedicated to every person, both young and old. To my mother, Barbara, Aunt Marlene, Puddin, Aunt Betty, Aunt Beverly, Aunt Jean, and Uncle Dee Dee, who in good times and tough times made me laugh while showing me how to keep my faith and live in this world. Though some of my loved ones have gone to be with the Lord, I will never forget what they have done to make me who I am today. Funny, I still laugh like a little kid when I am around them.
This book is also dedicated to the many people that crossed my path and made me laugh. To you, I say thank you. I wrote every page of each story through the pain, joy, and laughter I have experienced. I hope that you will at least have as much fun reading this book as I had writing it. I hope that these stories bring back the child-like feelings of faith and hope that you will experience in living and loving the Lord. These next few pages are some uncommon or common stories of the child-like feelings in me and the child in you.
By the way, Mom, I love you!
Acknowledgments
First and foremost, I want to thank my God, who brought me through every single day of my life.
