In the middle of another life lesson when

nothing seems right, there is one who

understands all and stays at your side.

Winds blowing and swirling the change,

tears flowing releasing the pain.

No control over the things normally

maintained, hurt upon hurt pounding the

storms rain.

Come out of the darkness a calm voice

begins to say, and with a heavy heart you

begin to pray.

A prayer for a lonely soul, a prayer to make

the broken heart whole.

Standing strong in praise the darkness begins

to fade.

Slowly the storms begin to subside and the suns

light starts to free the chained mind.

The chains of the broken heart now fading away,

setting the soul free to a brand new day.

 Dream of Love

I dreamed of you the other night.

Your wonderful spirit gracing my sleep

with love beyond reality.

Your words giving me hope that your

spirit will stay focused on me.

Your strength came to me in that

dream.

Strong arms surrounding me with

solid support.

You encourage me to see past outside

perceptions.

In this dream there were no boundaries

as to how far we could go.

In this dream we were limitless.

Your loving touch moved me to a place

where lovers go.

A place of peace yet filled with energy.

Energy to consume all negative flow, setting

free the once broken soul.

In that dream I heard your voice.

Your voice like sunshine in the dark, offering

comfort to the now open heart.

Your words guide me romantically as if we

were always meant to be.

Tenderly those words hold my spirit in ways

never imagined.

This dream of love so sweet filling my thoughts

with everything I’d like us to be.
