Introduction

As each day passes I realize the significance in learning. More specifically, I realize the importance of learning from your own experiences. In order to fulfill my inner-self, I decided to document my experiences and pass the information on to all feeling the desire or need to learn from someone else’s mistakes.

The first part of this book reveals a path traveled by a young teenager in search of love. Although love was found in possibly all the wrong places, learning took place. The journey begins with the first encounter of girl meets boy love and ends in a discovery of self. The second part of this book is about self-expression. Many of the poems in part two are from my own collection. However, there were a few submitted by an author who wishes to remain anonymous.
