Connie Fel A. Franco is a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration major in Banking and Finance last March 24, 2006. In the midst of 2014, she decided to study Professional Education (Prof-Ed) and became a Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT) when she took the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) last March 20, 2016. She loves writing poetry, listening music, travelling and adventurous activities.

It takes so much time and effort to share with you all, the fruit of my labor through writing this book of poetry. There are many to give thanks with.

I want to thank my high school teacher Mrs. Lucille Ritardo and my college instructor Mr. Winston Mojica, who let us make poems which lead me to appreciate poetry and to have an interest on how to write poems on my own.

My family, my parents Papa Dring and Mama Fel, my brothers especially Kuya Conrad in helping me on how to publish this book online, my sisters Ate Catherine, Charmaine and Claire, my brother-in-laws Kuya Noel and Ian, my nephews and nieces James Andrei, Samuel Gabrielle, Jiahnne Chaye, David Brylle, Iahnna Clarhyse, John Clarence and Ivan Clyde. I’m so blessed to have a family who supports me all the way.

My friends, colleagues and all the people who make this poetry possible, people who encourages me, inspires me and helped me; for without them, I cannot create these pieces of art which are my poems.

Most especially to our Almighty and Loving Father who strengthens me, give me so much knowledge and wisdom in pursuing to write this book of poetry and for loving and inspiring me all throughout the hardships and sufferings in life. He never left me behind but lifted me up every time I fall down. All these things, I owe it all to Him.

INTRODUCTION

Life’s Seasons, Reasons and Lessons is a collection of my original poems created over the years on different seasons in life (winnings and failures), on many reasons (purpose of living) and the lessons (learnings, reflection and realizations about life). It also expresses about my personal challenges I’ve encountered in life, the obstacles to overcome and surpass and the different races in life to conquer and win.

I wrote poems whenever I am happy or sad, in love or disappointed, free or confused and hopeful or in pain. With my writings, I’m able to express my feelings, experiences and sentiments about life and the many reasons why we stay alive amidst trials and sacrifices and why we live for the people we love, we treasure and we pray for. It served as my stress reliever whenever I’m able to express my emotions through my writings. This work of art will also tell us the lessons and learnings I gained in life which can also be an inspiration to you my dear readers to write and love poetry as well as much as I do.
