GOING IT ALONE

A friend lost her husband to Covid six months ago. Friends and family rallied around her, lending emotional support. Initially they stayed in touch, however as time went by the visits and phone calls reduced to a trickle.

This then is how it goes for all of us when we lose a loved one. Friends and family do care at some level, however their lives go on – as they face their own challenges.
