Aging is a natural process that – to the surprise of many – comes with some benefits attached. Age is associated with maturity, wisdom and stability. Family and friends become priority and security is more guaranteed.
Sadly however, aging connotes an unpleasant phase of life to many of us. Contemporary anti-aging experts say that early prevention is the best way to preserve youth and prolong its glory.
