    Welcome to the Prolonged Sitting Program. The set of corrective exercises that have been prescribed to you are for the Mild and Maintenance menu. This menu is designed specifically for individuals that are experiencing Mild Pain and want to give the body the maintenance it needs for long hours of prolonged sitting.

    The items you will need to participate in this program are a Yoga Strap and a Yoga Block. Both of these items can be found online through amazon.com and at most retail stores that have a fitness department. You can obtain more information by downloading the required accessories pdf document that has been provided to you in the Prolonged Sitting Program.

    The corrective exercises that have been prescribed to you must be performed in the right order to receive full treatment. The sequence of exercises are designed to help alleviate your pain and to activate the right muscles of the body, so that it can stabilize you in the sitting position.

    Remember, this program is easy, simple, and all of the corrective exercises are performed in the sitting position. Watch each video to completion and grab a partner if needed. Your form is important for every exercise. Complete the amount of sets and repetitions that are prescribed. Repeat your menu throughout the day when needed.
