Two smart, super-fit trainers walk into an exercise conference. Naturally, they decide to work out together. Nope, no punch line coming. This is a true story. When trainer and four-time Ninja Warrior Angela Gargano and physical therapist Dr Jen Fraboni – owner of DocJenFit.com (@docjenfit) – met at a business event, they figured there was no better place or time to create a fitness friendship. In typical trainer love language, they hit the gym together and crafted a flawless full-body routine that targets all muscle groups. To do that, they applied what trainers consider bread-and-butter movement patterns. “We knew we wanted to do something quick and effective, so we made sure we had the right patterns in the workout,” Gargano says.
