Uses: since body language is an integral part of day-to-day communication, mastering it allows you to only express what you want to express in order to be as professional as possible at work. Since your facial expressions, gestures and posture seem to have as much persuasive power as your words, it is essential to spot the elements which convey states of mind, emotions or truths.
