    One Cup Of Feta Cheese

    One Carrot

    One Beet

    One Cup Of Lettuce

    How to Make:

    First wash the carrots and beets.

    Next, use the Spiralizer to make thing strips that resemble noodles.  Do this for both the carrots and beets.

    Plate up the lettuce and arrange the carrots and beets along with the cheese.

    Salad Dressing Ingredients:

    A Dash Of Pepper

    A Pinch Of Salt

    One Garlic Clove

    One Teaspoon Of Lemon Juice

    One Half Cup Of Olive Oil

    One Half Cup Of Walnuts

    How to Make:

    Place all ingredients into a blender and mix well for thirty seconds or until the consistency is smooth.

    Drizzle the dressing over the salad and use as much as you want.
