A fresh START

Happy New Year! Let’s begin anew. I’m not one for making bold resolutions or plans at the best of times, but I do relish the deliciously clean slate of a new year to dream a little, to reflect on what makes me feel joyful and content, and to set intentions that I know I can keep. I’ve long given up having ridiculous goals about weight loss or fitness, because who needs to feel inadequate and guilty, right? However, as I age I do recommend a few proven guidelines to improve one’s eating habits.
