    Welcome!

    Hello!

Thank you for purchasing this eBook and welcome to your new Zen Attitude - " How to reduce stress naturally " - a simple and practical guide that we hope will help you get to know you better, find your inner balance and overcome stress. You will find some useful tools to fight stress, anxiety and take care of your morale.

This digital guide is not a psychological treaty, nor a book offering miracle solutions, but it aims to simply present to you the mechanisms that provoke your stress and on which you can act.

I am not a psychologist or a graduate psychoanalyst, although I admit that I am passionate about these subjects and have read and studied a lot about them. In this book, I will tell you about my experience and my observations throughout my life.

The purpose of this short guide is to simplify the mechanisms that cause our stress and anxiety in order to be able to act simply on them. You probably know most of them. But it is not always enough to know something to succeed in putting it into practice. All of these mechanisms are linked to our mind and inner peace, our inner balance.

The purpose of this digital guide is to get you to take action by making the good decisions.

You will also find an action plan with concrete activities that you can do easily without jostling your life and without ruining yourself financially. You will also find some natural benefits to support you in this fight. The quotes are mostly shown here to make you think deeply, since we often forget to fight stress by fighting against ourselves, swimming against the stream. It would be much easier to let ourselves be guided by our intuition, our heart and the advice we gladly give to others - without first applying them to ourselves first!

To better guide you in your reading, you will find throughout this ebook some icons:
